"Pros: I like how clean the room is upon entering. The bathroom also has a hot and cold shower which we loved. The staff also accommodated the request we had because there was a misunderstanding on the booking. They went above expectations for that. Cons: The location is not ideal because what we see outside is another hotel and the neighbor's roof. If you like views outside your hotel, this is not for you. Also, even if the room was initially clean, we saw that there are small cockroaches hiding behind the lavatory. We saw them when we woke up during the early hours of the day. We opened the lights and they were on the lavatory." ~Julius
