"Pros: The staff are very accommodating and quick to provide service whenever I make a call. You will feel welcome even from the guard area. Cons: Do hope the Hotel in North EDSA will have more guest as it seems it has low guest whenever I visited the venue." ~Sher-win

"Pros: The location was convenient. Airconditioner was working properly. Cons: Hot shower was not working. The faucet or tap in the bathroom was not seated properly so can't use it. The toilet seat cover and shower screen glass was dirty. The handles of bathroom cabinet was dirty and needs replacement. Shower wall .tiles needs cleaning. There's a bad smell coming out under the sink." ~Rex
