"Pros: Location and the ease of checking in/out. It has kitchen supplies and even a washing machine. Cons: Wear and tear is very apparent. The unit needs some upkeeping. The small roaches (this is a common issue with old condos in the area) need to be addressed. There were close to a dozen that showed up during our stay. Only REGULAR cleaning/disinfecting can address this. Please organize the kitchen cabinets well. The dishes looked like how they were left by the previous occupants. There should not be hidden costs like the utility fee of 150/head. The security deposit was returned hours later via Gcash. This could have been done more efficiently." ~Cf

"Pros: It is near Podium and nearby offices. I also felt comfortable because the AC was on blast. I find it hard to sleep alone, so the other women on the room was a plus factor. Cons: Check in posted in booking.com is 12pm, but the property manager says it's 2pm." ~Diamond
