Though we were welcomed by the personnel in-charge with a little issue on the conflict/misinformation about the rate displayed in the booking.com application versus their actual rate, the problem was timely resolved. Cons: The property should have notified us first upon confirmation of our booking that there was conflict/misinformation about the rate displayed in the booking.com application versus their actual rate, for our awareness beforehand and to avoid unnecessary negotiation that would unfavorably consume our previous time and emotions." ~Tineewini

"Pros: The aesthetic of the place was truly cozy and it has airconditioning– quite a feat for accommodations in cold Malaybalay which adds to the comfort that the place provides. It was a very cozy place and I could see myself staying longer if I had the opportunity. Cons: The place was a bit of a distance from Downtown which is not that much of a hassle to get to with the availability of multicabs but when it gets late, it's quite a challenge to get back to the place because there are no more public transportation options. Also, there were no other kitchen appliances apart from a water kettle– would've been a perfect stay otherwise if there was a multicooker of some sort." ~Angel
