"Pros: Lovely owners and the attic is great to hangout, right by the beach too. The bed was comfortable and AC worked good. Bring bug spray because there are many mosquitoes around! Cons: Unfortunately the bathroom was dirty, not sure whether due to the other residents not cleaning up after themselves or something else. The hot water was broken but they had a second one upstairs in the unfinished bathroom." ~Melissa
