"Pros: The place is really small but nice. The apartment was clean, and the shower had enough pressure. The guards downstairs are lovely, and the owner did his best to assist us. Cons: This corner of makati is really noisy, I had a very hard time getting some sleep. But this is about Makati, not about the apartment. Some very noisy neighbours as well. Some tool that I expected to find as per advertisement were missing. However, that's a minor problem. If you are staying I Makati, that's a nice place. My choice is to avoid Makati." ~Giovanni
