"Pros: Accessible Cons: There was no internet on the tv despite the efforts of the female staff who assisted and checked it 3 times that night. I requested an early check-in and late check -out after booking the room. Upon arrival, we informed the front desk that I requested an early check-in. Sadly, it was not granted. That was fine, and we understood. But the next day, I asked again regarding our request for a late check-out. The front desk declined and informed us that check- out time is at 12 pm. However, after my husband pointed out the inconvenience, we had experienced not being able to use the tv in our room since there is no internet. He considered and allowed until 1 pm only." ~April
