"Pros: No. It looks nice in pictures, but not the same upon arrival. The pool had rusted nails sticking out. One of my sons hit it. The slats in the pool area are unstable. It is located in a nicer part of town with restaurants and grocery stores, but I would not do it again if I had to. Cons: Management is horrendous in managing a lodging locale. They are the sales agents for the condo projects in the area, and may be outstanding in that role. As lodging managers however, I’d recommend moving that position to people with experience in managing a hotel. These two things are not the same. I booked 2 rooms, they overbooked and moved me into one room. I agreed, no big deal, just 5 of us in a queen bed. They then asked me to move again the following day because that room was booked for the day. No hassle, I agree. They then move me to some other building in the general shopping area. Here is the kicker, they asked to me to vacate the one room while the other wasn’t ready. I explained to them I would be leaving that night due to a midnight flight, I just wanted to sleep during the day. They asked me to wait at least an hour before I could go into the other room. At this point I became frustrated and told them to cancel it. It gets better however. They asked me to cancel the original reservation and booked a single room for the 1st night (3 rooms were showing availability on booking, yet here I am standing in the lobby without a room. They have yet to refund the original charge and have yet to refund the second night on the second reservation. I contacted booking, and even that seems to be a joke. I’m about one foot out the door from dealing with booking and go with another search engine. I still want my money back for 3 nights. Also, the lobby had no clue who I was. I went to one building with the address shown, but it wasn’t that building, it was another building. They didn’t know I was coming to spend the night. Not worth it. Save yourself the headache, stay somewhere else." ~Anonymous
