"Pros: Hotel for lovers of true nature and relaxation. Located on the reef-surrounded Calibao Island. We sail to the hotel from the port on Sandigan Island for 18 Euro for the entire boat. The food in the hotel is varied and at reasonable prices. The staff at the hotel is friendly and takes care of the guests. Due to the proximity of the reef, you can go to the boat at 9 am and dive, and already at 10.30 am return to the apartment and lie on the terrace. I was in the Philippines for a whole month and this hotel was the best place for me." ~Andrzej

"Pros: Wow this place is incredible! Me and my partner travelled for one month throughout the Philippines and Polaris was our number one favorite place to stay. The staff is so kind and welcoming. The diving is superb and just a few minutes boat ride away. The dive guides are very caring and have amazing eyes. So much macro life to spot underwater. There is a nice swimming pool and they make great pizzas in their own oven. This place is definitely a "hidden gem" and we will be back some day :) Thanks Polaris team for giving us such a wonderful experience!" ~Jan
