"Pros: I enjoyed my stay here. The apartment is compact, as is common in Philippines, but had everything I needed. The building and property itself is pretty nicely done, although the wider grounds are unfinished as yet. The gym was great. And the staff at the building were really friendly and helpful. There is a mall 5-10 minutes walk down the road, along with a bunch of restaurants and food outlets. And it was easy to get around from the location via Grab or trike. Cons: There was some level of musty smell in the bathroom and under the kitchen sink, but that's not that uncommon, and tbh wasn't a big deal." ~Clinton
