"Pros: I am very disappointed with my recent booking experience. This was my first time booking a condo through Booking.com, and unfortunately, it turned out to be a terrible experience.
I initially booked two condo units, but when we arrived at the property, we were informed that our reservation had been changed to a single condo unit. This change was made without my consent, and I was told it was an “upgrade,” which was not what I requested.
Before our arrival, I tried multiple times to contact the host via message, call, and email to confirm the condo details and other necessary information, but I received no response. This lack of communication added to the frustration and uncertainty.
Finally, when I asked for compensation for the inconvenience and stress caused, I was told that they would just cancel our reservation. This was highly unprofessional, especially considering it was a holiday, and finding alternative accommodations at that time was extremely difficult. We had children and a senior with us, which made the situation even more stressful.
This experience was unacceptable. My advice is to prioritize professionalism in your service. Was this lack of attention due to the fact that we are locals? If so, that is extremely disappointing and unfair.

First and foremost, I don’t understand why we were treated in such a disrespectful manner. Despite paying the full amount for the two condominiums we booked, we were accused of not settling the payment due to the processing timelines of the third-party platform, Booking.com. This delay is beyond our control and should not have been held against us.
Secondly, your manager’s remark that we could simply leave if we were unhappy with the room provided was unprofessional and unacceptable. As paying customers, we deserved a better response and accommodation of our concerns, not dismissal or indifference.
Lastly, we felt discriminated against and treated unfairly, which was deeply upsetting. Whether we are local or international guests, we should receive the same level of respect and hospitality.

"Pros: I really enjoyed the view, the cleanliness, location, and the ease of checking in. The unit with two bedrooms was a good space for my wife and three kids. The price was good for the value.
Cons: The things I didn’t like was only that we couldn’t get the WiFi to work and that sometimes the water pressure would be low and it was hard to use the water. Also, the hallways of the building did not have ac like the unit so hot when out of the unit." ~Devin

Cons: The rep for the accommodation was a little pushy asking to pay cash so she didn't have to pay commission to booking.com. I found this inappropriate. Maybe something she needs to think about in the future for other guest" ~Adam2882
