"Pros: The location was prime. Because it's located in Megaworld Iloilo, it's a walk away to Festive Walk Mall, restaurants and convenience stores. 7-11 is right around the corner for immediate item/food needs. The unit pretty much have everything we need as a home away from home. The owner/host was very easy to get in-touch with and very pleasant to talk to. We had an issue that was speedily resolved. There is a 24/7 lobby attendant/receptionist who are very polite and accomodating, not just from opening doors but also calling cabs, helping with unit needs/issues to name a few. We felt welcomed and safe the whole time. Cons: The unit does not have a washer/dryer. However, the unit does have information on how to get clothes washed by pickup/drop-off service. The hallways from the elevators to the unit are not air-conditioned but that's only during transit/walk to the unit. The ACs in the unit were wonderful and the lobby is also air-conditioned. There are rules that are a bit strict as far as having visitors. But, that is something that can be discussed with the owner/host." ~Tony

"Pros: The breakfast buffet was okay. For the two intermittent weeks that we stayed, the menu was the same that it was so predictable. Vegetable dishes can use some improvement. A big shout-out to Romar and Aisha, your dining room staff/OJT. They both went out of their way to help us. My husband was so impressed that they both remembered his breakfast requests ( his Tabasco sauce, good coffee, and chocolate ). :-) The Front Desk staff (Paul, Jimmy, Lucky) who helped us are commendable. They always have a welcoming smile and are approachable. Cons: This may have been an isolated incident, but it took over an hour to get a response from housekeeping regarding our laundry pickup. Grateful for the Front Desk staff's follow-up." ~Melody

"Pros: Clean and good value for the price. Very fast to reply to anything you needed to ask Cons: Was booked with listed free parking, turned out to be 35php per day the cost increase to 40php per day. The shower not the best." ~Colin
