"Pros: Comfortable place to stay with a kitchen which is great for saving money on breakfast. Fairly social place, isn’t a massive hostel so you get to know people. The staff are standouts for me, always so kind and helpful. Would come back to see them. The hostel also offers tours to the north with John and that was such a cool experience. Close to surf spots and a short drive into town Cons: Things to note: cold showers only, there is a difference between the FAN dorm and the AC dorm… the fan dorm is really hot depending how close you are to the fan, I was OK but might catch some people out." ~Scott

"Pros: Nice aesthetic, kind and helpful property manager, Comfortable bed, AC + 2 fans. Nice kitchen with complimentary water dispenser. Cons: Shower - barely any pressure. The pool is not being cleaned. The apartment also was not cleaned during our 5 day stay even though it says here that there is daily cleaning (and mind you, the toilet paper goes in the trash bin, which isnt emptied). The road to the hotel is very muddy and it rains a lot so its very hard to reach through mud and huge puddles (this is common on the island, many hostels have similar access) Not cleaned and bug infested AC - stuff falls out of it onto the bed The sofa bed is not comfortable but the master bed is great" ~Alicja

"Pros: was nice to have a balcony, the owner was attentive and text us everyday to check in with us and to see if we were ok there, the kettle and tea was a nice touch Cons: it would be nice to have a water dispenser in the room, check in was a little difficult as no one was there when we arrived" ~Ruth

"Pros: Location was okay Cons: Absolutely awful, host wasn’t there to give me keys on arrival was waiting around for hours. When she finally showed up I was taken to a dorm even though I’d already paid for the apartment but they said they didn’t have space. Room was awful so small, no toilet roll,no water, not even a bin in the room. Awful stay would not recommend." ~Brenna
