"Pros: I loved every bit of our experience in Payag from the moment we checked in, the people and facilities. Upon arriving, just head to the main dining area and approach the staff to help with check-in. Payag is situated next to the beach (cloud 9) and easily accessible to other cafes and eateries around the area. They have also provided towels and toiletries for you to use during your stay. There is also a heater and wifi ready for you to use. I would suggest you rent the motorcycle as it is the primary mode of transport for us (besides the tricycle) as we ventured around the island on our own time and for ease of travel as well. If unsure, you can easily ask the locals for help and they would all be more than happy to help and assist you! Cons: It would be great if we were informed that Payag does not respond much to messages under Booking.com's platform. I had to contact them on Whatsapp and was directed to communicate via Messenger for a seamless conversation." ~Nicole
