"Pros: Clean and comfortable. Very convenient; close to grocery stores, beauty supplies, drug store, and banks; and air conditioning (smaller units) works well. Windows open at night for a nice breeze some days. Nice pool and on-site mini market when necessary. Taxi or public transport to downtown. Washing machine is excellent. Large closet. Elevator and great building. Nearby beach access available at a few larger hotels or ticketed locations. About 16 minutes to the airport and 5-10 minutes to ferries by taxi or car; 15 minutes to malls or the local Buddhist temple; 20 minutes to China Town. A 15 minute walk to restaurants and diners past a big local transport stop. Bring big sneakers and a rain/sun hat for (muddy during monsoon season but otherwise safe) roads. Size is as described; very serviceable, 1-bedroom, large efficiency with big kitchen for the space" ~Ps

"Pros: The location was nice because it's accessible.The unit was clean and comfortable, and the host Mr.Freddie Batalla, was very responsive and cooperative.Plus point that there is drinking water. Cons: The night when we arrived, there was no water till morning, but after informing the host, he sorted out the problem.The AC in the living room was so noisy, I think, needed maintenance." ~Rhoda
