"Pros: Convenient location as it is near SM Lanang and Sasa Wharf for crossing to Samal Island. Quiet and secure place as there were guards around. Access to elevator. Good place to jog. Parking available for a fee. Strong water pressure and airconditioning. Bed linens, towels, dental kits were provided. Strong wifi and Netflix available. Cons: Parking fee was a bit expensive. Needs more hooks or hanging racks for clothes in the bathroom & wardrobe. CR sink needs to be covered to prevent entry of insects. No shower curtain in the CR. "Pros: The location was nice because it's accessible.The unit was clean and comfortable, and the host Mr.Freddie Batalla, was very responsive and cooperative.Plus point that there is drinking water. Cons: The night when we arrived, there was no water till morning, but after informing the host, he sorted out the problem.The AC in the living room was so noisy, I think, needed maintenance." ~Rhoda
