"Pros: Great location next to Ayala Mall (5 min walk away with many shops and restaurants) and staff at the apartment block were all helpful and friendly. The owner was also very helpful and sorted out a couple of issues very quickly. The apartment was excellent value for money and felt safe, with security guards at main entrance and biometric security to get to the apartment level. Being on 17th floor the apartment had great views of the city from the large balcony. We stayed at this apartment for 30 days and owner arranged for a weekly cleaner for us. We had a great and enjoyable stay here. Cons: The only downside was that we could only watch Netflix on the two tv’s (one in living area and one in bedroom) Would have liked to watch local tv. But this did not stop us enjoying our stay at the apartment." ~Myris

"Pros: Nice friendly staff, great near the Ayala center Cons: Breakfast bevore was better, more choices (salami, ham, cheese, fruits). Staff at the lobby bar are often away from the bar - it is still difficult to order a dring (since years the same problem)" ~Bjoern
