"Pros: AJ’s Haven was very ‘homey’ to us, out of all the places we’ve been, it’s the best one so far that is very comparable to what we call home. Owner AJ was also very accommodating and very easy to deal business with. It was very close by to a lot of express laundromats surprisingly— we’re a couple on a month long backpacking trip touring the Visayas region, so it’s very important to have things very accessible to us, in which this property has provided. The house and our room was extremely clean and tidy, no clutter at all. The kitchen was always clean and tidy as well during our stay which made us very happy though we didn’t get the chance to use it other than the dining table. It was equipped with a lot of the things we use back home which made us feel even more at home. The beddings were extremely comfortable!! It was like waking up to our own bed on own home. We felt safe and very comfortable on our stay, definitely a 10 out of 10. Cons: Location was a pro and a con. We picked it because we know it wouldn’t be loud at the area due to very low traffic on the road. Con, it’s quite a drive to get to the malls and restaurants around town. But other than the one con, there’s nothing not to like about this property!" ~Miguel
