"Pros: Not that much, eventually the entrance looks nice with an easy access for taxis. Cons: We had a terrible experience with this booking. Upon arrival, we were stopped at the entrance of a massive building complex and were required to surrender our IDs to security for the entire duration of our stay—something we were never informed about beforehand. This already felt invasive and unwelcoming. Once inside, things only got worse. The unit was absolutely filthy. The mirror was covered in handprints and dried streaks, and the fridge still had pieces of food left inside. But the bathroom was by far the worst part: strands of hair, old used soaps, white stains all over the sink and walls, and stagnant water flooding the shower area. It was clear that no one had even attempted to clean the space before our arrival. After a long flight, the least we were hoping for was a clean shower to relax. Instead, we were completely disgusted. We tried to contact the host immediately, but got no response. Over an hour later, we received a message apologizing and saying she couldn’t do anything because she had a baby to care for—an excuse that felt incredibly unprofessional considering the state of the place. After that, she ignored all our follow-up messages. To make things worse, in the morning when we went to retrieve our IDs, there was a different security guard on duty who had no idea where they were. He even asked us to help him find them. The whole process was chaotic and delayed us significantly while our taxi was waiting downstairs. On top of everything, the view from the unit was directly facing a cemetery, which we were not warned about. The bed was unbearably hard, and the air conditioner made a loud rattling noise that made it nearly impossible to sleep. We were absolutely disgusted and furious.
