"Pros: 1. Sir Joseph and other staff was accommodating. We had problems with the internet at 9pm and yet was accommodated. 2. The place had appliances that we need. 3. Area is near commercial places. 4. Fit for the budget. 5. contacted us before arrival to make sure that checking in goes smooth Cons: The place was quite small for 7 people moving around." ~Rachelle

"Pros: I like the property coz it was very easy to find. The place the room we rented was very clean and comfortable. Cons: The staff are not welcoming. The security guards especially are very snob. There are no parking area for space renters. You have to pay just to park. Ridiculous." ~Deo

"Pros: The lady managing it was helpful on 2 occassions. Few insects for a Filipino condo Cons: Wifi switched off a couple of times. Also it would not connect to my phone sometimes or the TV at all. Nothing much in the area (7-11 and 1 restaurant with insects) Swim involves signing books on floors G and 6 and getting ticket from reception, but is free. More expensive than Horizons 101 apartments but not as nice in my view" ~Robert
