"Pros: Location of the property is near Sugbo Mercado, Ayala Malls, coffee shops, transport terminal (if you're going to TOPS Cebu there's a shuttle also here), and convenience stores. Property is spacious, beds are comfy. Cons: The TV was not connecting to the network so we couldn't use it for Netflix. The faucet below the shower is leaky, so if you're going to shower, the faucet also uses water (maybe time to fix it to save on water costs?)" ~Celene
