"Pros: Handy for sm city and ayala, reasonably priced. Cons: The bed is to hard i found it difficult to get a decent sleep, n̈ot enough cabinet space for two adults clothes, lots of cleaning items, garbage bins and bucket taking up a lot of room especially in the bathroom making the place seemed cramped." ~David

"Pros: I like the property coz it was very easy to find. The place the room we rented was very clean and comfortable. Cons: The staff are not welcoming. The security guards especially are very snob. There are no parking area for space renters. You have to pay just to park. Ridiculous." ~Deo

Internet connection was great Cons: It was great. But it didn't have soap or shampoo for bathing. I forgot to bring my own.
