"Pros: I like the place because it's very easy access and near to places like SM City, it's just in the front. My Bus and if you need taxis, it's just right there. Cons: I only had one problem when I stayed but not a major issue. when I enter the property, it smells like someone just cooked a fish. but again all in all it's great. maybe the cleaner just have no more time to spray a freshener to have the smell go away. Everything was great and clean. the owner is very responsive and considerate too." ~Hassana

"Pros: Superb Location - Just across SM Cebu. We took the bus from Mactan Airport for ₱50 and did a short walk to the property - Near CNT lechon (a must try!) - Near Pier 1 (Grab ride away) for taking ferry to other islands - Sheets and towels are clean Cons: Maybe the communication with the host. We did not know how to check-in, when it was fairly easy (just go straight to the condo front desk and provide the room number). - Slightly older building, so there are some signs (and smell).. but all in all, still tolerable - Surprised with a few roaches inside the shower area - Wifi" ~Jewellyn
