"Pros: Although I arrived early, arrangements were made by the desk and host to let me in early. Great communication with the host. Condo was extremely clean. Bed was comfortable. Air Con worked great. Location is excellent for the I.T. Park. Would definitely stay here again. Cons: Everything seemed to be great. "Pros: It was near the mall and restaurants. Cons: The Unit we had in Avida Riala rm 306, have electric kettle that we can't use because there is no adopter in the socket so we can't plug the outlet. Also the rod of the shower curtain keep on falling because its not fixed on the wall. There is no place where we can hang clothes or towels inside the toilet. The videa was also leaking maybe because of water pressure was strong." ~Vicky
