"Pros: Good central location with lots of places to eat close by. Friendly staff. The property overall is a good size and was generally clean. Cons: The shower needs drastic attention, the water was consistently freezing and the shower its self requires maintenance. The mattress also can do with being changed." ~Kenneth

"Pros: The location was great. The staff were somewhat not helpful didn’t show much of interest to help. The unit was good; very spacious especially for families but the water on both bathroom sinks were inoperable; no water it should have been on the description but overall it was good and hopefully the sink faucets will be fixed and maybe we will stay there again!" ~Evelyn

"Pros: The location is perfect! Cons: Needs updating..no hot water (shower not attach to the wall) or I may say, a broken one, need to fix the faucet tap in the kitchen, tele didn't work so no tele for the whole stay. Internet (wifi) very slow. I didn't complain because I don't want to waste my limited time in Cebu. The pool needs to pay but have to walk too far away just to find the office area where you pay for swimming the pool. I was disappointed for the price I paid. The only thing I like about is the location. Perfect! close to everything." ~Ligaya
