"Pros: Very nice Condo a few minutes walk away from I.T. Park so convenient for shopping, food, bank facilities etc . Clean, quiet and Guards, cleaners etc very friendly and pleasant people. This was my home from home for a month and I loved it. A great base to enjoy and explore Cebu City. Property is clean and well maintained and when I had a query it was resolved very quickly by the owner. Free Netflix and fast wi fi are a bonus with this property." ~David

"Pros: The owner was very helpful, accommodating, and understanding. The building is in a great location, walking distance to I.T Park, malls and a short cab to the town centre. Fast internet and comfy bed. Air-con works well and pretty quiet. The staff downstairs are friendly and helpful. Cons: Toiletries were not provided as mentioned on the package, which I didn't mind as I brought my own. However, once the owner knew, she provided them straight away. Would be nice to have shower curtains to avoid water spraying on the floor." ~Sanchez
