"Pros: Property location was accessible like malls, restaurants, and bars. Cons: The services was very bad, no electricity in 3days. Aircon was not working for 3 days due to no electricity and it was so bad, also no toiletries, no soap, no shampoo, blanket was too small and also the towels." ~Oliver

"Pros: Cozy, clean, comfortable and good location. Really good value for the price. Would also be a great unit for extended stays. Cons: Less than ideal check in process. This has little to do with owner or the unit, but rather the staff at Avida. Not an isolated incident, as everytime I stay in this building, the check in has never been smooth." ~Michael
