"Pros: Prime and accessible location. Clean room. Friendly security on the night shift. Cons: Please ensure that the facilities on the advertised photo will be in the room. No kettle, no complimentary water, there is a charge for towel change even if we booked for a 3 night stay. This could have been improved to level up the quality of the service. We have requested for a kettle and bathroom mat due to slippery floor when taking shower which might cause major accident. It took like more than 16 hours to grant this request. No consideration in terms of requesting for an hour check out even if we checked in late. There is a corresponding fee of Php 200 for every excess hours. The security of the building during check out were very rude as they won't allow long time waiting in the lobby since our flight will still be in the evening. They didn't even bother to assist on heavy luggages when in fact they have a trolley in the building." ~Jenneth
