"Pros: There is no breakfast the place is very far from the amenities no restaurants or even stores to buy foods. You will need to find grab or taxi just look for restaurants to eat. We did not collect the key because there is no one to meet us at the gate and whatever she wrote on her condo about is a lie. I’m sure I am not the only one who experience this kind of accomudations from her place.I will not recoomend this place to Booking.com Cons: The host will need to have a phone that she can answer if any questions is needed. The owner did not communicate with us before we arrived. At the gate the guard does not know about where we are located to stay and we had a hard time wondering looking around the buildings with the 120 degrees temperature in the Philippines.We had our luggages with us and we had no other way to contact the owner because she does not pick up her phone. I try to email her, call her cellnumber but she never answer back my email." ~Gina
