"Pros: The property is right across from one of the SM malls so that is super convenient and it is less than a 10 minute walk to the Gmall where the immigration office is! Unit was clean, had everything we could possibly need and a nice view from the window (17th floor unit) Host was really helpful and answered all our questions. Downstairs is a coffee shop, laundry service, and pharmacy. We used all 3! Would stay here again! Cons: I would have to say that 70% of this building is rentals so the lobby and elevators at check in time are impossible. The elevators are always super busy so be prepared to wait for one as they can be slow. Pool is closed all day on Tuesday and from noon to 4 each day." ~Steven

"Pros: The room was clean and comfortable, with a strong hot shower, reliable internet connection, and is walking distance to SM, which made our stay enjoyable. Cons: The only area for improvement would be the lobby — it tended to get quite crowded and additional seating could help accommodate waiting guests more comfortably." ~Darlyn
