"Pros: Good central location with lots of places to eat close by. Friendly staff. The property overall is a good size and was generally clean. Cons: The shower needs drastic attention, the water was consistently freezing and the shower its self requires maintenance. The mattress also can do with being changed." ~Kenneth

"Pros: The location is perfect! Cons: Needs updating..no hot water (shower not attach to the wall) or I may say, a broken one, need to fix the faucet tap in the kitchen, tele didn't work so no tele for the whole stay. Internet (wifi) very slow. I didn't complain because I don't want to waste my limited time in Cebu. The pool needs to pay but have to walk too far away just to find the office area where you pay for swimming the pool. I was disappointed for the price I paid. The only thing I like about is the location. Perfect! close to everything." ~Ligaya

"Pros: Waking distance to malls, restaurants. Easy access to everything. There is a free gallon of water we could use. The place is very nice and tidy. Easy to locate as well. Cons: Nothing really with the property. But we just had a bad experience with the reception staff as they didn’t allow us to sit on the sofa near the elevator while waiting for some of our friends to come down to the lobby from the property. The security guards were rude and shoo as away saying we are not allowed their as it is for homeowners only. We would have understand it if they have said it nicely." ~Philline
