"Pros: Nicely decorated house with a beautiful view. Caretaker was polite and very helpful during our stay. She arranged our taxis and provided a contact for breakfast. Cons: 1. House was locked & waited for an hour until booking.com called the owner(at 11pm) 2. Waited another hour for the caretaker to ready our rooms 3. No hot water 4. No water pressure & we had bucket bath 5. No wifi, no modem in sight 6. Owner was not cooperative & charged us full inspite of the above difficulties" ~Saviana

"Pros: Couldn’t have picked a better place to stay. The property is right in the middle of all the activities you could want to do (canyoneering, zip lines, floating island, snorkelling, diving, etc) but is not a tourist trap like Moalboal. The property has a fresh water pool right outside which is a great place to interact with the locals and there is a market within 5 mins walk. The hosts were incredibly hospitable, and helped us plan and book several activities. Will definitely be going back when we visit again and would recommend to everyone!" ~Alex
