"Pros: Unit is clean Cons: At 9am, I called the propety manager, (the number on the email), asked her if we could check in Early, she asked me, which unit I said the details what is indicated in the email. Then she suddenly said ma'am those units were booked by other booking app, since you already paid for the booking I'll get you another room / unit. I agreed to it since we don't have a choice, I already paid the booking. I informed her, my mom and niece will be the first to check in coz I have workshop training. Almost 8pm I arrived at the property, I was disappointed, i was not expecting that the foam they will provide will be like a camping foam. I called the property manager, ask her what happened and why the extra bed I requested was like a cheap foam, instead of understanding my frustrations, she fought back and even said I don't care if you give us a bad review it's not my property anyway! How rude!! Instead of finding ways to help us out or apologizibg she burst out like that. How could a person work in the hospitality industry, cannot even handle an irate customer!!" ~Joyce
