"Cons: We were not able to stay in the 2 family rooms that we booked. We did not receive any communication from the property owner. No telephone number was provided. The security guard in the place did not let us in because he did not get any information form the property owner, and to think the FEES ARE NON-REFUNDABLE. We were travelling with 4 children, the youngest is 1 year old. We had to look for another hotel to stay as everyone was already tired after waiting for hours. Such a horrible experience." ~Sigrid

"Pros: What really impressed me was the security Guards at the front gate and also the security Guards in my unit complex. They were very professional and courteous. I also liked the Shower, I enjoy a very hot shower, and it didn't disappoint. The bed was comfortable, and the bedding was good. The kitchen was also good, enough plates pots and pans and a powerful little cooktop. Wi-Fi also very good and fast. Cons: I did notice a few creepy crawlies in the food pantry but nothing to worry about." ~David
