"Pros: Clean, quiet, spacious, homelike atmosphere host was accommodating, convenience (cooking utensils and silverware were provided, cost efficient, good for families vacationing on a budget.courtesy fruits on the table was a welcoming treat. Cons: No signage in front...it was kind of a challenge to see the place right away...I was looking for a sign which says Teo's Place...but the phone , a contact info saved us.as we called the host and he was available right away to guide us." ~Edgardo
