"Pros: It's just right near the beach, and the place is very quiet. Basic amenities were provided, and the landlord is hands-on with ensuring that my stay is comfortable. Cons: Not enough rugs to help wipe off dirt and sand. The landlord must provide a broom so we can sweep the floor if needed. Otherwise, everything's all good." ~Joel
