"Pros: Great Budget-Friendly Stay Right by the Beach
If you’re vacationing in Boracay on a tight budget, this property is definitely worth considering. We mostly used the place to rest at night, as we spent most of our days exploring the island.
The facilities offered are very good for the price. The kitchen is equipped with basic utensils, a microwave, and a heater—perfect for simple meals. The room has a TV, air conditioner, and an electric fan, making our stay comfortable. The bathroom is complete with a bidet and water heater for a warm shower after a long day.
One of the best parts is that the place is literally beachfront—you can go to the beach anytime you want, which made our stay even more enjoyable. Overall, it’s a practical and convenient option for travelers who want to experience Boracay without breaking the bank.
Cons: The only downside is that it’s a bit far from the busy streets of Boracay. It takes about a 20-minute walk to reach D’Mall and Station 2 from the property."

"Pros: Very easy to get to! Beautiful location - just tucked in behind other restaurants so there was no loud street noise. Staff were very attentive & checked we had everything. There was house keeping each day. Room was very spacious & lots of wardrobe space. Would recommend"

"Pros: The lady who meet us was really nice and helpful. She assisted my grandmother who has a difficulty in walking throughout the stairs. The stay was comfortable and netflix is available which made me and my cousins joke about going to boracay just to do movie marathon. 😂"
