"Pros: The house itself was superb. Very spacious and clean. The location was very near the beach. Housekeepers on site was helpful too. Cons: The hidden charges- there was aircons in the common areas but to turn it on, we needed to pay 5k . The internet was also down. The pool water was relatively turbid obviously not changed for at least a month." ~Mappy

"Pros: The house is impressively clean and well kept. It is truly 5 to 10mins walk to the beach. Cons: It would be better if house rules are advertised appropriately such as the 5k security deposit fee. I understand from the house keeper that the pro forma and security fee is only offered for when pets are accomodated. The water activity advertised is from another operator and not part of the property amenity. The water experience was good but definitely a lot more room for improvement." ~Maria
