"Pros: The dine in Staff were very kind and welcoming. The staff in the reception doesn’t seem to know about the room facilities when asked if there was a kettle in our room and they didn’t know about it and surprisingly there was one in our room. Cons: We were in ground floor as requested due to my elderly mother. You can hear all the noise with the trolley being push, staff noise shouting and laughing not making considerations of the guests." ~Thelma
