"Pros: The place can be easily located as it is literally a few steps away from the Victory Bus Terminal. You can use the covered walkway beside Microtel Suites to get to your room from the bus terminal and vice versa so you don't get wet in case it is raining. It is a few meters away from the Sky Ranch and SM Baguio. A gasoline station, fast food, doughnut shop, convenience store, eateries offering home-cooked meals are likewise within a walking distance. The owner is very approachable and accommodating. He accommodated a request for a guest visitor to stay in the room prior to the departure time of the latter's bus and for a 12:45pm checkout at no extra charge. Cons: The water heater in the bathroom requires fixing. Water had been running in the shower for 3 minutes and yet the water did not even get warm. It is good though that an electric kettle was available in the room. Perhaps the nightly rate could include a sachet of shampoo, toothpaste, and soap for added convenience." ~Maria

"Pros: We very much enjoyed our stay at Microtel in Baguio. The room was comfortable. The sheets and towels were quality. The air conditioning worked well. The people were kind. We didn’t require anything during our stay so we had very little interaction. They did help with transportation to our next location. It was unusual and we were having difficulty finding a way to get to where we wanted to go. The front desk helped us. Thank you. We loved that the bus station, taxis, and jeepneys were all easy to get to—the hotel is next to the Victory Bus Line. This easy access to all kinds of transportation made it easy to get around town. This is a convenient place to stay. We plan to return. Cons: The internet on weekends was not wonderful. We would get kicked off. SMART sims was not very strong in this location either." ~Sampaga
