"Pros: 1) Facilities: basketball, billiard table, spacious kitchen and dining, garden, spacious parking, plenty of rooms, bidet toilet, view 2) Hosts- Care takers are kind enough to attend to our requests, except for the firewoods. Cons: 1) Location ---Far from the center. Very steep alley going up to the house. 2) Ease of checking in - took time to check in though we checked in late already. The host did not acknowledge our booking right away, took 1 hour for us to wait. They said their calendar did not sync with that of booking.com 3) Facilities: a) Fire place We chose this place because of the fireplace but it was not available and no available woods upon request. b) The kitchen sink plumbing is a mess. It was clogged and floods the undersink area. c) Bathrooms - not all has shower heater. And heater doesn't work at night and early morning. Smells so old and moldy. not enough holders for our toiletries, especially in the shower area. No place to hang our clothes. d) Beds - very basic, mediocre at best especially the beddings and pillows. e) Pantry - dinnerware and utensils not enough for all 20 guests." ~Gamba

"Pros: We're amazed how peaceful, clean and modern of this property.There's some error on our booking but the owner is very kind to arrange it. I left my reading glasses and the caretaker is very kind and patient to communicate to send it back to me via J&T. We enjoyed our short stay here for a very low price. "Pros: The place was really nice, big rooms, big dining area. And the view, the location. What you see is what you get. The owner is responsive, and so as the caretaker. Cons: The electricity was fluctuating. Then it went out on our last day, luckily they have a generator. But they have to turn off the water heater for the generator to function properly. The water was ice cold so we did had a hard time taking bath. Also, as we moved the couch on the sala to prepare our driver's bed, It looked like the couch wasn't moved for a long time. dusts and other junk accumulated under the couch. Other than that, our stay went well." ~Pineda

"Pros: spacious, clean, comfortable, water dispenser with hot water is a plus. All you need is provided. Great place to stay. Cons: Stairs, if you have lots and heavy luggages not a good option though." ~Mamuyac
