"Pros: Cozy and comfortable. Good location and very convenient to the city centre. Easy check in and check out and easy to arrange parking. Cons: Definitely needs a little more care 😅 We actually cleaned the bathroom because when we first arrived it had a strong smell of mould. The bathroom itself was clean enough however had a lot of mould around. The sink was also clogged so the water drained slowly. The loft bed was dusty and had a few cobwebs as well. We thought the beds would be set for 4, however when we arrived the bottom of the loft was not prepared and we couldn’t find extra linens to set it ourselves. I think the apartment just needs a little more attention and regular maintenance" ~Yleiza

"Pros: The location is good, not that far. Some tourist spots are walkable. The room is good. Complete kitchen utensils and appliances. The place is cozy. There’s a balcony. Cons: There was a leak in of the rooms. The jacket that we bought is soaked wet because of it. The TV is not a smart TV or at least they considered to put channels in it. The Bathroom is not that clean the toilet cleaning materials are exposed, not a good thing to see specially some of it have molds and dirty. There’s no slippers for the guests. No air conditioning although yeah it’s baguio it’s cold but there are moments that the room gets warmer and you need to open the windows with no screens. There are some stains on the blankets" ~David

"Pros: The building and property was clean and comfy Cons: The property has a few maintenance issues. Broken tap, toilet seat, light bulb, etc. The shower didnt work properly, cold most of the time and then scalding hot. No hot water from either sinks. Apartment is on 2nd floor and faces the front road, there is a motorbike vendor selling food at 6am and shouts very loud - waking everyone up." ~Jane
