"Pros: Cozy and comfortable. Good location and very convenient to the city centre. Easy check in and check out and easy to arrange parking. Cons: Definitely needs a little more care 😅 We actually cleaned the bathroom because when we first arrived it had a strong smell of mould. The bathroom itself was clean enough however had a lot of mould around. The sink was also clogged so the water drained slowly. The loft bed was dusty and had a few cobwebs as well. We thought the beds would be set for 4, however when we arrived the bottom of the loft was not prepared and we couldn’t find extra linens to set it ourselves. I think the apartment just needs a little more attention and regular maintenance" ~Yleiza

"Pros: There are so many things we loved about our stay at Cozy Pine Suites! First, the host was very easy to talk to, super responsive and gave detailed instructions. Thumbs up for that! Next, the location was great. Even though we arrived in Baguio late at night, the place was easy to find. And the room? I honestly didn’t expect it to be that spacious for just two people! It was fully equipped, very clean, and the bathroom was spotless and smelled good too. I even posted about our stay on Facebook, and so many people messaged me asking where we stayed. "Pros: The building and property was clean and comfy Cons: The property has a few maintenance issues. Broken tap, toilet seat, light bulb, etc. The shower didnt work properly, cold most of the time and then scalding hot. No hot water from either sinks. Apartment is on 2nd floor and faces the front road, there is a motorbike vendor selling food at 6am and shouts very loud - waking everyone up." ~Jane
