"Pros: The property is in a good location, the property itself is super cute. One of the staff fed the fish when he noticed we were watching them so they would be more lively which was really sweet of him, he also told us about the types of fish they have. The rooms themselves are really nice and clean, the aircon works really well.
Cons: The bathroom was a little bit moldy/mildewy. There is a window in the bathroom for airflow but it didn't seem to help much while we were there (we only stayed 1 night, so I'm sure for longer stays there'd be solutions)."

"Pros: We are a couple and visitet Puerto Princesa for our first time. We were lucky to find the Villa Sunset Hills. The communication with the host was very easy and smooth. The place itself is exactly as shown on the pictures: nice and cute. We did enjoy the refreshing clean pool and had a drink inside at afternoon. The place itself is spacious and the kitchen is equipped with all necessary items. The beds are large and comfortable. All in all we can highly recommend the Villa for all guests who are looking for a special, quiet, cosy and affordable place in Puerto Princesa.
Cons: On our short stay we could not find one single point that should be improved."
