"Pros: There are two TVs, microwave, two sofas,two tables,kitchen ware is avilable ,induction cooker,fridge ,the host is very approachable and responsive would try to cater every need, offers help/make up the unit,insect sprays are avilable,working netflix ,mini karaoke,sheets/towels/door mats,brooms are readily available Cons: Please lower the price the price (1600 + this not a tourist destination why so expensive??) is equivalent to units comparable of Manila's 1 room units, or Cavite two room units,the unit is not that tidy, a lot of soap suds at sink,dirt bathroom tiles, decent internet but not good enough for gaming I ASKED specificially as Im into gaming and do WFH, host was like no complained about it, but the internet is slow and gets disconnected for a couple of times ,water interuptions that's why there is a small water container, expect crawling cockroaches everynight so you have to spray every single night,I wish there was a washer/dryer" ~Kim
