"Pros: The room served the purpose. We just need to stay one night for exploring Machu Picchu. Staffs were very friendly and helpful. Check-in and check-out was quick. And the location is perfect, close to the restaurant/central and train station. We had a problem with the toilet plumbing, but the respond was quick. Although the housekeeping didn't speak English much, the problem was resolved quickly. Cons: Nothing. Everything was good." ~Hppler
