"Pros: This one bedroom apartment, with 2 double beds, a fouton, well equipped kitchen and dining table with 4 chairs and compact bathroom, is on the 1st floor of a somewhat run-down apartment complex in a good central location in the lively Miraflores area of Lima. The apartment itself was good value for money in this location but rather tired and in need of a thorough update. Cleaning and cleanliness was to a basic acceptable standard. Getting in to the apartment and complex required phone contact in advance. There are probably better options in Miraflores, but the price is good for the extra space the apartment provides. Cons: Apartment complex is in poor condition and room is in a good makeover. Check in requires coordination in advance." ~Christopher
