"Pros: The staff were helpful and friendly; there was a lovely breakfast and the room was clean as were the public spaces. Cons: The fans on the roof reverberate through the walls, especially on the top floor near them...they need to beef up the insulation between them and the rooms. A bigger lobby would be good to sit in, read and maybe meet people.. perhaps they could open it out into the function rooms especially if they're not used often." ~Katherine
