"Pros: Check-in was easy, and the apartment was clean and comfortable. It is an outstanding location and nicely put together. The company was very helpful with a late checkout request. Communication was good. Cons: The apartment offered water bottles, which was much appreciated, but nothing else than a few tea bags and maybe a little salt, pepper, and a small amount of olive oil. It is a hotel apartment/room with a kitchen, but it felt bare bones. My mediocre review is really about a problem that came about with the apartment's lock. It was an electronic one, and it seems (I am not sure exactly what the problem was) that the battery died; therefore, I could not leave the apartment because the lock would not close. I had plans for the day. After a couple of hours, I took my valuables with me and left the apartment to continue my scheduled visit, and someone eventually fixed the lock. I was told it may be as simple as a battery change. The people at the front desk might have been able to help, but I was told over the phone that they could not do so. It caused some stress trying to figure out how to follow up. Also, it advertises as an Ocean view, which the building has, but not the apartment itself." ~Lucrecia
