"Pros: I loved the friendly staff, especially Scott at the front desk. Loved the complimentary breakfast at the hotel restaurant. It far exceeded my expectations. The food quality was superb, fresh, and wonderful variety to choose from. Cons: During my time in Iquitos, I had two different stays at your hotel. Both times I was given a room that was undergoing construction right outside my window with men standing right there. Both times I needed to change rooms. I would have appreciated not given those rooms to begin with. It would have been nice if a washcloth was provided instead of just a bath towel, and hand towel. I’m from the US, and one of the rooms I had to change from had a lot of American TV channels to watch. My final room had nothing." ~Neisha
